Holyoke Crossing
A power center consisting of two buildings located adjacent to an existing mall, creating a land mark within an established shopping area at the gateway to Holyoke. Tenants were Barnes & Noble, Computer City, Tweeter, Circuit City, Bed Bath & Beyond and Petco. Scope of work included shell design for the whole center and interior fit-up for Bed Bath & Beyond and Petco.

Project Goal
To create a flagship building for O’Connell’s and Barnes & Noble embodying the highest quality of design, standard construction techniques and ordinary materials. The project remained within budget and attracted shoppers from the adjacent mall and area.
