Medford Square
A restoration and rehabilitation of a historical building with elaborate and decorative brick work at a prominent location in Medford square in Massachusetts. The building, a mixed-use retail and apartment complex damaged by fire throughout the interior space, including all the exterior doors and windows, was reconstructed within the building envelope and the exterior was restored to its originality.

Project Goal
To develop the new interior layout within the existing envelope and in compliance
with Massachusetts Historical Commission as well as all applicable building
rules and regulations. The project was a great success in its implementation of
new trends within the historical confinement and budget restraints.
