A shopping center located at the intersection of Routes 24 and 140, between two dominant shopping centers. Tenants included Michael’s, Office Depot, TJ Max and Pier 1. The scope of the work included shell design for the whole center and interior fit-up for Michael’s, TJ Max and Pier 1.

An existing, 60 year-old shopping center in Newton Upper Falls, one of Newton’s 15 villages. The center’s exposure and identity was suffering in the midst of growing business in the area. The scope of work was preparation of a master plan for façade upgrade, and implementation occurred in phases.

Rockingham Mall

An expansion of an existing mall from 100,000 to 220,000 sf and renovation of both the interior and exterior of the building to transform it from a local mall to a regional shopping center, establishing a new landmark along Rt 28 at Salem, NH. The mall is adjacent to Rockingham Park, New England’s first and finest horse-racing track, attracting patrons from places beyond New England, including New York and Washington.

A power center consisting of two buildings located adjacent to an existing mall, creating a land mark within an established shopping area at the gateway to Holyoke. Tenants were Barnes & Noble, Computer City, Tweeter, Circuit City, Bed Bath & Beyond and Petco. Scope of work included shell design for the whole center and interior fit-up for Bed Bath & Beyond and Petco.

Medford Square

A restoration and rehabilitation of a historical building with elaborate and decorative brick work at a prominent location in Medford square in Massachusetts. The building, a mixed-use retail and apartment complex damaged by fire throughout the interior space, including all the exterior doors and windows, was reconstructed within the building envelope and the exterior was restored to its originality.
